Italian Sausage with Pasta In Alfredo Wine Sauce

4 Johnsonville® hot, mild, or Sweet Italian Sausage
1 Tablespoon olive oil
3 Green onions, sliced thin -white part only
1/4 Cup Bella Sera® Chardonnay (plus a glass for the chef)
1/4 Cup water
1 Package of your favorite refrigerated pasta (bow tie, ziti, ect.)
1 Package of your favorite refrigerated Alfredo Sauce

Heat a large skillet over med-high heat for one minute. Add one tablespoon of the oil, and swirl to coat. Add the sausage, and reduce heat to medium. Cook the sausage until center is just done, turning frequently. Remove sausage from pan and keep warm. Wipe the skillet out with a paper towel, and return to med-high heat for one minute. Add one tablespoon of the oil, and sliced onion. Sauté the onions for one minute. Add the wine, water, and refrigerated pasta, and cover to steam for 2 minutes. Add the refrigerated alfredo sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes, or until sauce is heated through. In the mean time, slice the sausage into bite size slices, and add to the pan.
Serve immediately with a glass of Bella Sera chardonnay.
