Bronzed Salmon in a Caper Butter Sauce

- 1 tablespoon Oil
2 (6 ounce) all natural Atlantic salmon fillets
1 tablespoon Instant Gourmet Original Seasoning
1/4 cup Kitchen Basics Seafood Stock
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1 tablespoon butter
directionsHeat a large skillet over med-high heat for one minute. Add oil to the pan and swirl to coat. Meanwhile, rinse salmon fillets and pat dry with paper towels; sprinkle with seasoning. Add seasoned fillets to the skillet and bronze for one minute per side. Lower the heat to medium-low and continue cooking, turning occasionally, until salmon just begins to flake with a fork. If desired, remove skin by gently pulling off with tongs. Remove pan from the heat and add seafood stock, capers and butter. Return pan to heat and cook until butter melts and sauce thickens (about 30 seconds). Serve immediately.
