Raisin Raspberry Salad
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes, 1 hour chill time
Serves: 5
Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- ½ cup celery, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Sun-Maid Raisins
- ½ cup raspberry yogurt
Garnish: 2 tablespoons sunflower kernels
Directions
- COMBINE raspberries, apple, grapes, celery and Sun Maid Raisins in a medium bowl.
- STIR in yogurt just until combined.
- COVER and refrigerate at least one hour.
- GARNISH with sunflower seeds just before serving.
