Raisin Raspberry Salad

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes, 1 hour chill time
Serves: 5

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • ½ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Sun-Maid Raisins
  • ½ cup raspberry yogurt

Garnish: 2 tablespoons sunflower kernels

Directions

  1. COMBINE raspberries, apple, grapes, celery and Sun Maid Raisins in a medium bowl.
  2. STIR in yogurt just until combined.
  3. COVER and refrigerate at least one hour.
  4. GARNISH with sunflower seeds just before serving.
