Watermelon Feta Basil Salad
Ingredients
- Half a watermelon, rind removed and flesh cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3T Gourmet Garden Basil
- 1/4-cup olive oil
- 2T White Wine Vinegar or White Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- ½ Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
Combine the Watermelon, and Feta Cheese in a large serving bowl. In a small separate dish, combine the Gourmet Garden Basil, Salt and pepper, and the vinegar. Using a whisk, slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream and pour mixture over the watermelon. Gently toss to coat evenly and serve immediately.
